Role Summary

Neurology District Sales Manager β€šΓ„Γ¬ Southeast District. Lead and develop the specialty sales team focused on CNS/neurology and related therapies within the district, driving performance and building strong provider relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
  • Lead and coach the district team to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Develop and execute district plans, manage territory resources, and optimize field activities.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; ensure credentialing requirements are met.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Travel up to 75% as required to support district operations.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management preferred.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel locally, regionally, and overnight as needed.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing teams; documented high performance in sales and leadership roles.
  • Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities; strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Residence near a major airport within the district.
  • Ability to adapt in an innovative, start-up like environment; experience in small company settings.
