Neurology District Sales Manager - Southeast District
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Preferred: 4 years of Sales Management experience
- Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; experience selling in the MS market desirable.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
- Required: Must possess and maintain a valid driverβs license and an acceptable driving record, and be able to operate a motor vehicle as required for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel.
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
- Preferred: Must reside near major airport within the district.
- Preferred: Experience in small company and start-up work environments.
- Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
