Role Summary
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing specialty sales team within the Southeast District for neurology productos.
Recruit, retain, and develop top talent; monitor performance and provide coaching to achieve goals.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; ensure regulatory and credentialing requirements are met.
Utilize clinical knowledge to drive patient-centric and technically sound sales strategies; analyze market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly.
Travel locally, regionally, and up to 75% as required; reside near a major airport within the district.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management experience (preferred).
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS/neurology/pain management; experience selling in the MS market is desirable.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing specialty sales representatives; strong track record of sales and leadership performance.
Required: Valid driverβΓΓ΄s license with acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle for local/regional travel and occasional overnight travel.
Required: Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities; strong relationship-building skills.
Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; solid analytical and business acumen.
Required: Ability to adapt in an innovative work environment; experience in small company/start-up settings.
Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
