Role Summary

Neurology District Sales Manager - Southeast District

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives in the neurology/CNS space.
  • Recruit, retain, and coach sales personnel; manage sales strategy and execution to achieve district targets.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and payers; ensure credentialing requirements are met.
  • Analyze market dynamics, develop business plans, and demonstrate strong clinical and tactical selling skills.
  • Travel up to 75% as required to cover the Southeast district.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€šร„รดs degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management preferred.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, or pain management; MS market experience desirable.
  • Required: Proven ability to recruit and develop high-performing specialty sales teams; documented high performance in sales and leadership roles.
  • Required: Valid driverโ€šร„รดs license with acceptable driving record; ability to travel locally, regionally, and overnight as needed.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing for healthcare providers and facilities; strong relationship-building, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Preferred: Experience in small company and startup environments; resides near a major airport within the district.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
