Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager - Southeast District
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of specialty sales representatives focused on CNS, neurology, and related areas.
Recruit, retain, and coach high-performing sales personnel; build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers and customer facilities.
Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen to drive sales performance and district results.
Operate in an innovative work environment with flexibility and adaptability; manage multiple priorities effectively.
Travel up to 75% as required for local, regional, and occasional overnight engagements.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience preferred.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Required: Documented high performance in sales and leadership roles.
Required: Valid driverβΓΓ΄s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally overnight.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers and facilities; comply with state/local government requirements.
Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to build positive relationships.
Required: Readiness to reside near a major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.
Preferred: Experience working in small company and start-up environments.
