- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry
- Preferred: 4 years of Sales Management experience
- Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives
- Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record
- Required: Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers and facilities
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen
- Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district
- Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment
- Preferred: Experience in small company and start-up environments
