Role Summary

Neurology District Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic District. Responsible for leading a specialty sales team in the neurology/ CNS space, driving performance, and ensuring strong account development within the district.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
  • Demonstrate high performance in sales and leadership with a focus on achieving above-average results.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the specialty sales team; coach and develop personnel to achieve goals.
  • Operate with strong analytical and business acumen; implement strategic sales plans in the district.
  • Collaborate in an innovative work environment and adapt to changes in the market.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of sales management experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 75%; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; must be able to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and overnight travel.
  • Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; excellent communication skills.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team; track record of leadership and sales success.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, facilities, and government entities.
  • Required: Reside near a major airport within the district.
