Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Advanced degree
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Preferred: 4 years of sales management experience
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives
  • Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record
  • Required: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments
  • Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
  • Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen
  • Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district
  • Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment
  • Preferred: Experience in small company and startup environments
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 75%
