Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry; 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
- Specialty experience preferred: CNS/neurology/pain management (other specialty experience considered); experience selling in the MS market desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing specialty sales teams; documented high performance in sales and leadership.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record; able to operate a motor vehicle for local/regional and occasional overnight travel.
- Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Must reside near a major airport within the district.
- Experience in small company/start-up environments.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
