Education
- Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Qualifications
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience (preferred).
- Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; experience selling in the MS market.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
- Required: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record; able to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel.
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
- Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
- Required: Travel up to 75%.
