Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of sales management experience preferred.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, or pain management; experience selling in the MS market is desirable.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
Required: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; strong analytical and business acumen.
Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment; experience in small company and start-up environments.
Preferred/Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.

Highly clinical, patient-centric and tactical with excellent communication (interpersonal, verbal, written) skills.
Strong work ethic; self-motivated; ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to read situations quickly and adjust for roadblocks.
Demonstrated technical aptitude; working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
