Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
  • Preferred: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience (CNS, neurology, pain management); MS market experience desirable.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives.
  • Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
  • Required: Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, and be able to operate a motor vehicle for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
  • Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
  • Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in small company and start-up work environments.
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
