Role Summary
Associate Neurology Account Manager or Neurology Account Manager in South Florida to join a high-performance neuroscience sales team. Primary responsibility is to exceed goals by delivering real value to customers through differentiated products and services, reporting to the Neuroscience District Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to respond to day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion activities.
- Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use in the defined territory.
- Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
- Determine and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) within the territory.
- Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to identified target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Fulfill monitoring and reporting requirements including expenses and call reporting using approved systems.
- Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet and comply with credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Perform additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
Education
- BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
Qualifications
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving history.
- Self-starter with goal- and results-driven mindset; proven track record of above-average results.
- Fortitude to sell and compete; hunter mentality.
- Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory preferred.
- Ability to travel (may include overnights) and out-of-territory travel to HQs, training, and meetings may be required.
- Work hours may include meetings outside of normal working hours.
- Must reside within the territory geography.
