Role Summary
Neurology Account Manager or Associate Neurology Account Manager for South Florida. Responsible for exceeding sales goals by delivering value to customers through differentiated products and services, reporting to the Neuroscience District Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products in alignment to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion.
- Analyze local market, develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize appropriate product use in the territory.
- Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competitive landscape, and market reimbursement.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation within the territory.
- Communicate effectively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to identified target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Fulfill monitoring and reporting requirements including expenses and call reporting using approved systems.
- Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Comply with reasonable credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Participate in additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- BS or BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
- Valid driverโs license and a clean driving history.
- Self-starter, goal and results driven with a proven track record of above-average results.
- Fortitude to sell and compete with a hunter mentality.
- Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory preferred.
- Ability to travel (may include overnights).
- Out-of-territory travel to HQs, training, and sales meetings may be required.
- Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours.
- Must reside within territory geography.
