Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and strategy direction for product promotion.
- Analyze local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the defined territory.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product, disease, competition, and reimbursement.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) in assigned territory.
- Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Complete monitoring and reporting requirements (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Complete additional ad-hoc projects as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements
- BS/BA with GPA greater than 3.0.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Self-starter; goal- and results-driven with a proven track record.
- β€œHunter” mentality; strong drive to sell and compete.
- Strong relationships and knowledge of the territory (preferred).
- Ability to travel (may include overnights); may require out-of-territory travel and non-standard work hours.
- Must reside within territory geography.
