Primary Responsibilities
- Execute and promote products aligned to sales strategy in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion strategy.
- Analyze the local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use in the territory.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product, disease, competition, and market reimbursement.
- Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.) in the territory.
- Use advanced selling and negotiation skills to communicate persuasively with identified target audiences.
- Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels.
- Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed.
- Manage travel and promotional budget.
- Complete monitoring and reporting (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Perform additional ad-hoc projects as needed.
Education & Experience Requirements
- BS/BA with GPA > 3.0.
- Valid driverโs license and clean driving history.
- Self-starter with a proven record of above-average results.
- โHunterโ mentality and ability to sell/compete.
- Strong relationships and territory knowledge (preferred).
- Ability to travel (including overnights); occasional out-of-territory travel to HQs, training, and meetings.
- Work hours may include meetings outside normal working hours.
- Must reside within territory geography.
