Role: Network Operations Engineer responsible for managing and troubleshooting global enterprise network infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and performance. Core duties include supporting network operations, incident resolution (Tier 1 and 2), network monitoring, and participating in change and problem management. Responsibilities extend to coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements. Requirements: 3–5 years in network engineering or operations, strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud connectivity. Experience supporting enterprise environments with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, and familiarity with network security platforms like Prisma Access and SASE. Skills in troubleshooting network issues, using monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Preferred: experience in regulated environments such as biotech, pharma, or healthcare, industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, PCNSE), scripting or automation skills. High-value details: emphasis on supporting secure, high-availability networks in a fast-paced, global organization, with participation in an on-call rotation. Work setup involves hybrid onsite/remote arrangements, with some travel. The role reports to the Senior Manager - Network Operations.
