National Oncology Account Director – Free Standing Cancer Centers

Responsibilities:
- Strategic oncology account management, business planning, profiling, and documenting insights to inform Market Access & Brand Team strategies
- Develop lasting commercial relationships with C- & D-Suite stakeholders
- Secure GSK product integration and on-label access within EMRs, formularies, pathways, etc.
- Lead internal and external business strategy discussions with assigned accounts and cross-functional partners
- Deliver/exceed performance goals using KPIs and problem-solving tools
- Maintain, grow, and share oncology marketplace and market access knowledge
- Comply with GSK policies and ways of working guidance

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of oncology/specialty commercial experience in the pharma industry
- Minimum 2 years of oncology experience with specialized health systems supporting account access or contracting discussions
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches and lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing sales teams, key/strategic accounts, or market access
- Knowledge of oncology disease states, health-system economics, and coding/billing for oral and IV therapies
- Experience in complex health systems and cancer centers; relationships with large NCCN member cancer centers
- Experience supporting account-level contracting and pricing strategies

Compensation/Benefits (US): Base salary $186,750–$311,250; annual bonus; share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and caregiver/parental and medical leave.
