Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increase effectiveness and credibility of participants.
- Builds trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships.
- Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the specific Franchise/Brand training products to limit duplicative efforts.
- Demonstrates direct and open communication with key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignment.
- Provides candid and specific verbal and written feedback to help participants understand strengths and weaknesses and plan improved performance.
- Recognizes participants’ skill levels and adjusts coaching and training techniques to meet individual needs.
- Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers by providing a meaningful role, one-to-one coaching, and performance feedback.
- Applies knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities; integrates training activities into brand team business plans.
- Serves as an expert in product and disease-state areas and in non-therapeutic areas such as customer and business skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
- Project management experience and/or proven ability to manage in a matrixed organization.
- High-performing sales track record and strong understanding of drivers of success in a commercial organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals at all management levels to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy.
- Proven ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage.
- Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience.
