National Director, US Field Medical Immunology - Rheumatology

Role: Lead and manage the US Field Medical team specialized in Immunology, focusing on Rheumatology, supporting clinical trials and medical education. Responsibilities: oversee Regional Associate Directors and Medical Science Liaison teams; drive scientific exchange with healthcare providers and thought leaders; support clinical trial site identification, investigator engagement, and pharmacovigilance; develop and execute medical plans aligned with corporate strategy; provide scientific training and insights to internal stakeholders; ensure compliance and staff development. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, or PhD with 8+ years of clinical/pharmaceutical experience, including 6+ years in Field Medical leadership, with expertise in Rheumatology; strong strategic, account management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; knowledge of US healthcare, clinical trial design, and industry standards.
