Position Summary
Field-based Director, Field Medical (FM) Immunology (IMM) β Admilparant leading Field Medical professionals (RADs/RDs who manage Immunology MSLs focused on Admilparant) overseeing all phases of associated clinical trials and launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive scientific exchange with Thought Leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR questions within a geography.
- Support/evaluate MSLsβ HCP communications and responses; ensure medical accuracy and compliance with local procedures and ethical/legal guidelines.
- Assess medical landscape via Thought Leader engagement; stay current on treatment strategies, products, unmet needs, clinical trials, and scientific activities.
- Understand and prepare for competitive informational needs.
- Collect and provide medical insights to medical/commercial teams to support strategy development.
- Ensure FM activities align with the US Medical Strategy Plan and engage in the matrix.
- Support CRO and BMS-sponsored interventional and non-interventional research; oversee site identification, patient recruitment, and study/site feasibility input.
- Ensure pharmacovigilance documents are applied and Adverse Events are escalated.
- Oversee MSL liaison support for investigator-sponsored research (ISR).
- Develop/oversee national Field Medical plan; participate in cross-functional Medical Matrix Teams.
- Manage training and provide medical/scientific updates to internal stakeholders.
- Lead/direct RADs and RDs; ensure compliance with laws/regulations and BMS policies/procedures.
Qualifications & Experience / Skills
- MD, PharmD, or PhD (Pulmonary Fibrosis experience) or Science Graduate with relevant pharmaceutical experience; MBA a plus.
- 8+ years clinical and/or pharmaceutical experience, including 6+ years FM experience; proven leadership/people management/medical planning.
- National field medical project leadership; account management; cross-functional and matrix effectiveness in ambiguity.
- Coaching/mentoring experience; autonomous leadership; deep disease knowledge.
- Knowledge of US healthcare/pharma industry, pharmacoeconomics, clinical trial design, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication/presentation skills.
- Has served as Product Point, JV Point, or Launch Point (desirable); other therapeutic area/function experience desirable.

- Field, United States: $234,600β$284,280.
