National Director, US Field Medical Cardiomyopathy

Role: National Director, US Field Medical Cardiomyopathy, leading a team of Field Medical professionals to support BMS Cardiovascular medicines, specifically Mavacamten, across all clinical trial phases and launch activities. Responsibilities include driving scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and Thought Leaders, supporting clinical trial site identification and investigator interactions, and ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards. The role involves developing and executing the national Field Medical plan, providing scientific support and training to internal stakeholders, and managing regional teams including RADs and RDs. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, or PhD with 8+ years of clinical/pharmaceutical experience, including at least 6 years in Field Medical leadership, particularly in cardiovascular therapeutic areas. Skills required include team leadership, account management, cross-functional collaboration, deep disease area knowledge, and compliance expertise.
