Role Summary

Remote/Field National Account Director-Vaccines responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, high-value B2B relationships, and contractual agreements with Sanofi Pasteurโ€™s key customers. Owns national-scale partnerships enabling market access, supply, and pricing to maximize vaccine sales across customer segments. Leads sales/marketing objectives, contract development, and strategic leadership within National Health Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales and Marketing Objectives in support of meeting/exceeding financial/revenue targets within National Health Systems.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned customer segments.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and high-quality B2B relationships, and execute contractual agreements with high-value customers.
  • Contribute to special projects to drive operational performance and maximize business opportunities.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on complex National Accounts segments to support objective achievement.
  • Assist National Accounts Leadership in developing sales/marketing strategies, field training, and business case development for critical initiatives.
  • Engage, navigate, and influence complex customers by identifying interdependencies across functions and external partners.
  • Document and evaluate decision-making processes for large organized customers and key contacts; monitor external market influencers and trends.
  • Apply customer knowledge and market insights to Sanofi Vaccineโ€™s selling model.
  • Develop contract strategies across key segments (Distributor, PBG, PPN, GPO, HS) including implementation and measurement.
  • Understand and optimize distributor operations to support processes, technology solutions, and reporting; share learnings with internal stakeholders.
  • Support Membership Management and contract-related processes, leveraging data sources to identify trends and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans aligned with brand/segment goals; ensure engagement metrics are met.
  • Execute sales operational duties to support the selling process (contract performance, membership management, call activity tracking).
  • Lead/cparticipate in cross-functional collaboration to inform field sales and Commercial Operations.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate guidelines and safety policies.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3โ€“5 years of diverse experience calling on large organizational customers and owning Health System relationships.

Skills

  • Strategic partnership development and contract negotiation.
  • Market analytics and data-driven decision making (EDI, Integrichain, CDC/utilization data, contract performance).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and leadership in a matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of distributor and group purchasing organization operations.
  • Effective communication of customer and market insights to inform sales strategy.

Education

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
