NAMs Science and Technology Integration Partner

Role: The NAMs Science and Technology Integration Partner supports Amgen's strategy to implement New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) across research functions. Responsibilities: develop and execute multi-year NAMs roadmap, establish organizational frameworks for cross-functional collaboration, coordinate external scientific partnerships, manage strategic initiatives like the NITE program, and communicate impact metrics. Requirements: Doctorate, Master’s with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years in scientific integration, research operations, or related fields; experience supporting complex scientific initiatives and managing matrix organizations; strong communication and organizational skills.
