Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (SPRINGFIELD, MO)*

Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of production equipment, including electrical, electronic, robotic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, within a manufacturing plant. Objectives: ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations through proactive maintenance and data-driven improvements. Responsibilities: develop and implement maintenance procedures, analyze equipment data, troubleshoot complex issues, and train workforce. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience or technical degree in a related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Robotics). Experience with PLC-controlled systems, electrical preventative maintenance, and automated machinery is essential. Preferred: knowledge of drive control, HMI operation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and experience working with inkjet printers, extrusion equipment, ovens, hydraulic presses, or robotics. Qualifications: ability to work on-site at Springfield, MO, with flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays; no travel required. U.S. employment eligibility required. Work setup is on-site, with no relocation assistance.
