Role: MSAT Packaging Experience Engineer supporting Johnson & Johnson's innovative medicines supply chain. Responsibilities: provide technical support for advanced therapies packaging, distribution studies, shipping route verification, and lifecycle packaging activities; lead transportation studies including cold chain and distribution testing; support product protection, packaging equipment qualification, and quality investigations; develop and optimize secondary and tertiary packaging for new product launches and lifecycle management; lead cost-efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Requirements: Master's in Packaging Engineering or related field; minimum 6 years in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing; project management skills; experience with passive shipping solutions, pharma/biologics/medical devices packaging; knowledge of cGMP. Preferred: ability to manage global cross-functional teams; leadership influence; strong communication skills; certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence preferred.
