Role: MSAT Packaging Experienced Engineer supporting Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine supply chain, focusing on advanced therapies and distribution studies. Responsibilities: lead and collaborate on packaging development, testing, qualification, and lifecycle management; support shipping route verification, transportation studies, and patient-centric packaging design; ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; optimize packaging processes for cost and efficiency; drive technology implementation and sustainability initiatives. Requirements: Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field; minimum 6 years' experience in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing processes; expertise in passive shipping solutions, distribution testing, and validation/qualification of packaging equipment and materials; knowledge of cGMP and regulated product environments. Preferred: global team leadership, project management certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma), and ability to influence across complex matrix organizations; excellent communication skills.
