MSAT Engineer Co-op Spring 2027

Role: MSAT Engineer Co-op supporting manufacturing process technology for biotherapeutics in Johnson & Johnson's Wilson, NC facility. Responsibilities: draft validation protocols, execute validation studies, support process validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations, Laboratory), coordinate activities with vendors, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Requirements: current enrollment in an accredited university, full-time availability (40 hrs/week), US work authorization, minimum GPA of 2.8, ability to work independently, reliable transportation, and no employment visa sponsorship needed. Preferred skills include technical knowledge in bioprocessing, validation, and biotech manufacturing.
