MSAT Connected Systems Lead

Role: Lead the lifecycle management and strategic development of core MSAT digital systems (PLM, ELN, CPV), ensuring alignment with manufacturing, quality, and R&D needs. Responsibilities: act as business owner, define roadmaps, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, oversee deployment and adoption, drive value realization, and establish governance for system prioritization and integration across sites and modalities. Requirements: ~10 years in pharma/biotech MSAT or process engineering; advanced degree (Master’s/PhD); proven experience as process or product owner for digital systems; strong understanding of MSAT processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing environments; hands-on experience with PLM, ELN, and CPV tools; skills in stakeholder management, change management, and strategic planning.
