Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, training personnel, supporting assay validation and implementation, tracking performance metrics, and leading process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a biological or clinical laboratory science, with 4+ years of clinical lab experience, at least 1 year in high complexity molecular testing; proficiency in molecular workflows, troubleshooting, and quality control. Preferred: Master's degree, experience in FDA-regulated environments, biohazard safety knowledge, and strong communication skills.
