Position Summary
Molecular Science Liaisons communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (e.g., physicians, scientists, oncology KOLs) primarily via face-to-face discussions, including frequent travel (~80%) within an assigned region. They gather and evaluate published literature and attend conferences to ensure up-to-date drug/biomarker association knowledge and support the knowledge base of targeted customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a conduit for information/feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences to support products, patient care needs, research developments, clinical trials, and therapeutic approaches.
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regional or national), as required.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across Europe, as required.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature for ongoing therapeutic oncology knowledge.
- Assist with related duties/special projects as required by Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in field training for contracted speakers (Caris Speaker’s Bureau).
- Act as a field trainer for the assigned region in support of the Director of Training.
- Lead regional speaking engagements (e.g., Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards).
- Attend select regional/national tradeshows and sales meetings to present data and educate clients.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials to reflect the current molecular landscape.

Required Qualifications
- M.D. or Ph.D. in biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior commercial experience (e.g., pharmaceuticals or commercial lab) is a plus.
- Strong background in Molecular Oncology.

Additional Requirements / Training
- Job-specific safety and compliance training assigned based on role functions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
