Role: Molecular Biology Scientist/Senior Associate Scientist supporting lentiviral vector design, cell line development, and functional evaluation for CAR-T and other cell therapies in Legend Biotech's research and early development team. Responsibilities: execute molecular cloning of viral vectors, generate and characterize engineered mammalian cell lines, perform transfections, support vector production, and conduct assays (qPCR, flow cytometry, Western blot, ELISA). Requirements: MS with 5+ years or PhD with 0-2 years in molecular biology, hands-on cloning, cell engineering, mammalian culture, and experience with viral vectors preferred. High-Value: focus on gene overexpression, knock-down, knock-out, and viral vector workflows, supporting immunotherapy programs in a GMP-like or BSL-2 environment.
