Responsibilities include troubleshooting mold issues, disassembly, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of multi-cavity and hot runner systems, with a focus on quality, uptime, and compliance. The role entails interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models, documenting activities in CMMS, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, onsite work, and up to 10% travel; experience in injection mold repair, precision toolmaking, and reading engineering drawings and CAD preferred. High-value specifics: manufacturing environment, quality/regulatory compliance (GxP, SOPs), use of precision measurement tools, maintenance of high-volume ophthalmic production molds.
