Role: MOI/QCCB Lead in manufacturing autologous CAR-T cell therapy within a cGMP environment, focusing on Multiplicity of Infection and Quality Control Cell Bank processes. Responsibilities: independently execute manufacturing and support activities such as cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, cryopreservation; ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and GDP; support process development and continuous improvement; maintain safe, compliant work environment; contribute to audit readiness and investigation efforts. Requirements: HS diploma with 6+ years biotech/pharma experience or Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Engineering with 2+ years industry experience; basic knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMP, and process documentation; ability to operate lab and manufacturing equipment; strong documentation and data entry skills.
