ModelN Solution Architect

Role: Senior ModelN Solution Architect supporting Moderna's Revenue Management platform within Digital Commercial, focusing on system configuration, process optimization, and compliance. Responsibilities: serve as a senior techno-functional SME for ModelN capabilities; partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Operations, Market Access, Digital) to define requirements, support platform configuration, manage integrations, develop reports, monitor platform health, resolve issues, and support SDLC activities including upgrades and releases. Qualifications: Bachelor's in related field; 6+ years supporting enterprise business applications, with hands-on experience in ModelN Revenue Cloud or similar systems; deep knowledge of US pharmaceutical Revenue Management processes (chargebacks, rebates, pricing, Gross-to-Net); experience with system support, configuration, reporting, and vendor management; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: extensive ModelN configuration experience in pharma; familiarity with SAP, EDI, Boomi, and downstream reporting; understanding of GxP, SOX, audit controls, and system upgrades.
