Modeling & Simulations Associate Director

Role: Associate Director of Modeling & Simulations leading cross-functional drug development teams to develop and implement M&S strategies. Responsibilities: design and execute PK/PD modeling, clinical trial simulations, and model-based analyses to inform study design, dose selection, and success probability; independently perform mechanism-based PKPD analyses; contribute to improving M&S capabilities and tools. Requirements: PhD or Master’s with 6+ or 10+ years in pharmacometrics, PK/PD modeling, or related fields; expertise in population PK/PD, mechanistic modeling, and proficiency with NonMem, PsN, R, Phoenix; strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
