- Serve as Modeling & Simulations (M&S) lead in one or more cross-functional drug development teams; develop and execute integrated M&S plans and analyses.
- Use Modeling & Simulation to support critical decision making (e.g., study design, dose selection, probability of success estimation).
- Independently perform mechanism-based PKPD and population PK/PKPD analyses, clinical trial simulations, and other model-based analyses.
- Improve M&S capability by supporting training, evaluating, and incorporating new M&S tools.

Knowledge And Skills:
- Specialized understanding of biology, pharmacokinetic and quantitative pharmacology (PKPD) principles.
- Hands-on skills: population PK/PKPD modeling, mechanistic PKPD modeling, clinical trial simulations, disease progression modeling.
- Proficiency with NonMem, PsN, R, Phoenix, and similar tools.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
- In-depth experience in clinical development teams and integrating PK/PD modeling of complex biological systems.
