Modeling and Simulation Project Embedment Lead

Role: Lead integration of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and AI capabilities into clinical trial workflows within Data & Statistical Sciences (DSS) at AbbVie. Objectives: accelerate decision-making, eliminate workflow friction, and expand use of innovative data tools across therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: map current workflows, identify automation opportunities, oversee tool embedment and adoption, translate business needs into technical requirements, reimagine processes, and enable user training. Qualifications: Master’s (8–10 years) or PhD (5–8 years) in Statistics, Data Sciences, or related field; extensive experience in clinical trial design; strong understanding of M&S/AI applications; skilled at stakeholder engagement and change management; capable of translating end-user needs into technical solutions.
