Mixing Operator I

Role: Entry-level Mixing Operator responsible for operating mixing and granulation equipment in a cGMP environment to produce quality pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities: verify room release status, perform cleaning procedures (“A” and “B” cleanings), operate and monitor Mills, Co-Mills, Vibro Sifters, and drying ovens, ensure calibration and proper weighing of ingredients, visually inspect materials for compliance, record batch data, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience; strong communication skills in English; proficiency in basic math and mechanical tasks; ability to work extended hours and as part of a team; attention to detail; successful completion of OSHA-compliant respirator fit test. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing, cGMP compliance, granulation/mixing processes, batch record documentation, working in a regulated environment, on first shift (7am–3:30pm). WorkSetup: on-site, with potential for extended hours. Salary range: $18.00–$20.00/hour, with benefits and company-paid training.
