Entry Level Role in the Mixing department. The Mixing operator is responsible for operation of the Mixing and Granulation equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP compliance to ensure production of quality products.
Essential Functions:
- Verify room release status before starting Mixing and Granulation; learn and operate Mills, Co-Mills, Vibro Sifter, and Loading/Unloading Drying Ovens with Trays.
- Perform βAβ and βBβ cleaning of βVβ blenders and PIAB; maintain dedicated equipment list and follow established process.
- Operate or tend machines to mix, blend, or granulate materials; monitor equipment for safe/efficient operation.
- Verify weighing scales and calibration status; check ingredient weights in Pharmacy against PBR entries and report discrepancies.
- Visually/physically examine materials/ingredients/products to ensure conformance with standards.
- Record each step after completion; maintain Production batch record after each batch; keep room neat, clean, and organized.
- Be familiar with the staging area for Mixing and Granulation for dispensed batches.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (Preferred).
- Experience: 1+ year in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing.
Skills (Required/Intermediate):
- Read/write/communicate in English.
- High school level math and mechanical skills.
- Flexible to work extended hours.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
