Role: Mixed Modality (Peptide Downstream) Scientist focused on evaluating and transferring peptide downstream manufacturing processes from development to pilot plant operations, supporting early-phase GMP production of APIs for clinical trials. Responsibilities: perform peptide purification, assess methods like chromatography, TFF, lyophilization, and precipitation; evaluate process safety, prepare reference materials, analyze data, and author technical documentation; support process improvements and troubleshooting; ensure plant readiness through execution of process runs and documentation. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field; 3+ years experience in peptide synthesis, purification, or manufacturing, with proficiency in chromatography and analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR); authorized to work in the U.S. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
