Mgr MA Agreements & Compliance COCE

Role: Manager of Medical Affairs (MA) Agreements & Compliance, serving as a strategic partner in contracting processes to support Medical Affairs initiatives across therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: co-lead end-to-end contracting for diverse agreements (e.g., investigator-initiated studies, HCP engagements, vendor contracts); ensure timely, compliant contract execution; implement quality controls; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement; resolve contracting issues; drive process improvements; build stakeholder relationships; foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Requirements: strong understanding of contract management, regulatory frameworks, and compliance in pharma; experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Medical Affairs; proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba); excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills; 3+ years in pharma or healthcare contract management preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience.
