Role: Manager of Maintenance and Engineering overseeing maintenance, reliability, facilities, and plant engineering at a manufacturing site focused on animal health products. Requirements: Bachelorβs in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability within manufacturing, with proven team leadership, technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, and familiarity with CMMS platforms. Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety practices, and automation controls (PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation) is essential. Preferred: experience in regulated manufacturing environments (animal health, pharma, biotech), professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
