Corporate Functions
Role Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and governance of accounting’s Oracle applications across OPM, Order Management, Inventory, and Financials.
- Govern close calendars, achievements, templates, and submission protocols to drive accurate, timely financial results.
- Liaise with Accounting and IT to diagnose and resolve functional setup issues and system problems impacting close and financial reporting.
- Identify automation opportunities with process owners, assess feasibility, prioritize implementations, and measure realized efficiency gains.
- Translate business requirements into functional design specifications, use cases, and workflow/process diagrams.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for application improvements, ERP upgrades, and project implementations, with impact analysis and UAT sign-off.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance to align master data, mappings, and policies across modules.
- Deliver executive-ready outputs: reconciliations, variance analyses, issue logs with root-cause/corrective actions, KPI dashboards, and control health checks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS/BA in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; 7+ years of experience.
Skills/Experience (preferred as stated):
- Drive automation of recurring close reporting, reconciliations, exception dashboards, and data quality checks.
- Partner with IT on improvements and UAT.
- Define model structures, hierarchies, and master data standards; standardize accounting definitions and cross-module controls for GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Identify improvements that shorten cycle time, strengthen controls, and improve Finance/Operations insights.
- Translate ambiguous asks into structured solution options with assumptions, risks, effort estimates, and recommendations.

- Salary Range (annually): $108,000.00 - $176,000.00.
