Metrology Technician - Vaccines

Main Responsibilities
- Support GMP and/or non-GMP areas at the Swiftwater site as part of the Metrology team.
- Support calibration, design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments, controls, and related systems to maintain a GMP-compliant site.
- Multitask to troubleshoot, evaluate, and replace site-wide instrumentation.
- Work on intricate, site-specific equipment and systems.
- Interface with customers to provide reliable, safe, and efficient equipment operation and uptime.
- Maintain a proactive safety culture striving for zero injuries; identify unsafe conditions/behaviors and promptly report to management and site HSE.
- Process calibrations in Procal/Indysoft; complete work orders and enter time in SAP.
- Complete assigned training modules, SOPs, SWIs, and safety/compliance requirements in I-learn.
- Maintain a safe work environment; utilize LOTO and obtain required permits.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, plus 4+ yearsโ experience in instrumentation or equivalent electrical education/experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Experience calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing instrumentation for temperature, pressure, speed, level, conductivity, pH, chlorine, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and associated control/recording systems.
- Previous experience in cGMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Employment Terms
