Role: Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Technician supporting Arrowhead’s biopharma manufacturing operations, primarily in controlled environments for RNAi-based therapeutics development. Responsibilities: perform routine and non-routine calibration and maintenance on manufacturing and analytical equipment, manage asset records in regulated systems, support vendor activities, and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards. May assist with equipment change controls and deviations, and contribute to continuous improvements. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s in mechanics, electronics, or related field, with 4+ years of calibration experience, including 2+ years in cGMP pharmaceutical settings; skilled in reading engineering diagrams, documentation, and working with controlled systems. Preferred skills include experience with automated systems, change control, and equipment lifecycle management. High-Value: focus on controlled equipment in manufacturing/analytical labs, GMP compliance, vendor oversight, calibrations to NIST standards, and working in regulated biopharma environments. Work setup: 2nd shift (1 pm–11:30 pm, M-TH) in Wisconsin with a 10% shift differential.
