Metrology Technician ll

Role: Equipment Calibration and Maintenance Technician supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory operations in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities: perform routine and non-routine calibration and maintenance on manufacturing and analytical equipment, manage asset records, document work following good documentation practices, support vendor activities, and assist with change controls and deviations. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s in mechanics, electronics, or related field with 4+ years in calibration roles; 2+ years experience in pharma cGMP settings; proficiency in engineering drawings, controlled documentation, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of LOTO and safety protocols; strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: calibration and repair of lab equipment, troubleshooting automated systems, experience with change control, Quality Management Systems (e.g., Blue Mountain), and safety permits. High-Value: pharmaceutical manufacturing, cGMP compliance, equipment calibration, asset management, regulated documentation, and safety procedures. Work Setup: onsite in Wisconsin, with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000; current work authorization required.
