Role Overview
This position provides metrology support for cGMP Clinical and Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing. Partner with Technical Operations functions to enable safe, compliant, cGMP manufacturing, including facility build/ramp-up for clinical production and commercial launch.

Key Responsibilities
- Support calibration program for daily clinical production and commercial readiness.
- Plan, coordinate, and perform calibration and instrumentation activities.
- Ensure availability of materials/tools/standards/parts/spares.
- Review/approve/close work orders; manage third-party vendor work.
- Support calibration planning during shutdowns.
- Execute IFM calibration outcomes; review CPI/KPI/GPI where applicable.
- Develop calibration data sheets, metrology job plans, and master plans.
- Contribute to emergency response and safety program sustainment.
- Create/track metrology SOPs, quality events, CAPAs, OOTs, and technical documentation.
- Perform risk mitigation and advanced troubleshooting; identify root cause and corrective actions.
- Optimize calibration frequencies via calibration interval management.
- Define user requirements for new instruments.
- Support start-up, commissioning, and qualification/validation; provide on-the-floor troubleshooting.
- Participate in regulatory and internal audits; manage contractor relationships.
- Support continuous improvement (EHS-first, Right First Time).

Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biological/Biochemical Science/Bioengineering; Trade/Technical School Certification in Craft (or military equivalent).
- 4+ years cGMP cleanroom aseptic manufacturing experience.
- Metrology/calibration/instrumentation knowledge; PLC/VFD/electrical practices; cGMP/EHS/regulatory knowledge (e.g., EPA, OSHA, DEA).
- Experience in fast-paced growth environments; strong communication and matrix leadership.
- Skills: CMMS, project/change management, analytical problem-solving, operational excellence/continuous improvement/lean.

Benefits (base pay range and listed benefits)
- Medical/dental/vision; 401(k) match (vests day one); 8 weeks paid parental leave after 3 months; PTO including 11 holidays.
- Pay range (base): $83,711–$109,870.
