      Role Summary
MES Operations Analyst responsible for understanding manufacturing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communications with other departments. Aims to continuously recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing company documentation including SOPs, SPECS, and Manufacturing Batch Records to assess MES impact
- Identifying difficulties and revising logic and procedures
- Supervising and driving process MES change controls and writing test plans
- Working with Technical Trainers to develop training plans for MES users
- Collaborating in the creation, review, and approval of validation documents
- Coordinating the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and other changes
- Developing MES recipes, workflows, and electronic batch records to meet the requirements of manufacturing and QA users
- Providing end-user support for MES usage and working closely with IT to troubleshoot problems
Qualifications
- Required: BS/BA in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
- Preferred: Experience relevant to MES operations and manufacturing processes.
