MedTech Supply Chain Procurement Co-op
Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Enhance the SC Procurement Project Portfolio process
- Partner with Digital and Process Decomposition teams for technology design, transition, change management, and tool adoption
- Explore and recommend digital tools to improve procurement processes and supplier collaboration
- Support development of a PMO strategy for cross-functional reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support functional initiatives
- Partner on communication strategy
- Lead design and development of One MTSCP SharePoint refresh
- Partner with BU Procurement teams using data-driven insights for sourcing and supplier evaluations
- Plan engagement forums for Global Procurement planning and leadership forums
- Engage with the cross-sector Co-op community to drive onboarding best practices and value generation
Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university; pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; completion of undergraduate freshman year required
- Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills with data analytics tools and techniques
- Technological curiosity and proactive approach to digital solutions in procurement
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects; must be a self-starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Full-time (40 hours/week); adhere to Flex policy (min 3 days/week in office)
- Local travel may be required; provide own transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship required now or in the future
Benefits / Pay (if applicable):
- Expected pay range: $23.00–$51.50 per hour (based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience)
- Co-ops/interns eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits, sick time (up to 40 hours; up to 56 in Washington), and consolidated retirement plan (pension)
Location: Raritan or New Brunswick (NJ) / Titusville, NJ.
